Submission Overview
Authors are invited to submit original research papers for peer review at ICER 2027. We welcome high-quality manuscripts that contribute new insights, methodologies, or empirical findings to the field of emerging research. All submissions must represent previously unpublished work and will undergo a rigorous double-blind evaluation process by our international program committee.

Review Process
All submissions to ICER 2027 undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest academic standards. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers based on criteria such as originality, technical merit, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation. Authors will receive detailed feedback to aid in the final preparation of their work, with final notification of acceptance or rejection delivered according to the official conference schedule.
